REMEMBER KROGER RE-ENROLLMENT:

A reminder that you must re-enroll in the Kroger program every April.  Our Association Code is 83309 for the rewards to be recorded to the proper account

As a reminder the members of your organization will need to re-enroll to continue earning in the Kroger Community Rewards Program.  All participants must sign up for the program in order to earn funds for your group during 2012-2013.

Even if you have members who signed up for Kroger Community Rewards in February or March of this year—which will earn your organization funds as part of the 05/2011 to 05/2012 program—they must re-enroll after April 1  2012 ( NO SOONER) to continue earning rewards during the coming year, 05/2012 to 05/2013.

It’s easy for your members to enroll or re-enroll in Kroger Community Rewards. They can visit www.krogercommunityrewards.com, click on “Michigan” and click on “Enroll” to register for the first time and “Re-enroll” to re-register.  All participants must have a valid online account at Kroger.com and must sign up online to participate. Organization members can no longer scan their group’s barcode at the registers or service desk.

Due to the change, that was made a few years ago, in how Kroger administers this program, the administration on our end has become very difficult. Many of you are seeing earnings that are far less than were ever seen before and it has become very time consuming for myself and the Managers of your teams to ultimately process a very small reward for your player.

Effective with this season (April 2012-March 2013) of Kroger rewards, any rewards that do not reach a cumulative $30.00 per quarter for the player, will be kept by the Association and used in our program.

As this program has no cost to you as a parent, we encourage you to still apply. Although you will not see the rewards directly if your quarterly minimum is not met, the funds will be used to lower costs in programs throughout the Association that you will indirectly benefit from.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
